Hello everyone!!
My name is Emily, and, as you may be aware, I am lucky enough to be one of the new additions to this illustrious collection of wordsmiths. I also happen to be the only author on this site lucky enough to have boobs. So…HOORAY! More on the awesomeness of having boobs later. But because of this gift of mine, I was invited on here to give a woman’s perspective. My problem is: I’m not sure what that means. Am I supposed to pontificate on the woeful state of women’s rights in third world countries, or am I here to teach you knuckle-dragging mouth-breathers a little sensitivity? Who knows. I suppose it will become all to clear in the days to come. I Look forward to astounding you all with my knowledge of all things girl-ish. And some other stuff, too, if you ask nice.
Rub-a-dub-dub,
Emily

So now we have “The Crazy One”, “The Sports Guy,” and the “The Chick.” Geoff I know how we can round out this blog’s line up….”The Black Guy.”

Why don’t I get a nickname? Can I be the black guy?

I just like that Emily has a sign off phrase. Why don’t we have something like that?

Emily, you are amazing, and I await astonishment at your literary brilliance.
And…I think you have to actually be black to be “the black guy”. Just one of those technical things. I mean…Luke actually is crazy, Emily actually is a chick, and Mike actually does like sports. So would it not be wrong to break the pattern at this juncture?
